Classes are a maximum of 8-10 people, to ensure great quality teaching, and that everyone’s needs are met.
With my Pilates sessions, all the exercises are adjustable, so that you can perform the exercise at a level that both challenges you and suits your body. My Pilates classes in Banbury are designed to be safe for anyone recovering from an injury, and operation, or from back pain problems, and to aid this recovery and increase flexibility, strength and body awareness.
