Come and join my Pilates classes in Banbury. We practice Pilates classes in Banbury on Monday mornings, Monday evenings, and on Tuesday evenings, in welcoming classes for men, women, retirees, of all abilities and fitness levels. 

My classes are completely non-competitive and there is always a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome. If you want to learn about this dynamic and fulfilling exercise, you can book an introductory session with me for just £25.




Monday Classes

  • Ladies Pilates classes: 9.15am – 10.15am
  • Retirees: 10.30am – 11.30am
  • Mixed ability unisex classes: 6pm – 7pm
  • Mixed ability unisex classes: 7pm – 8pm

Tuesday Classes

  • Men’s Pilates classes: 7pm – 8pm 
  • Mixed ability unisex classes: 8pm – 9pm

Classes are a maximum of 8-10 people, to ensure great quality teaching, and that everyone’s needs are met.

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is some comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, and some water, as it is beneficial to drink after a Pilates session. You can also bring your own mat if you wish, but there are plenty of mats here. All the Pilates equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each session, and the classes themselves take place in a lovely converted barn location, with ample free parking.



Can I come even if I don’t know anything about Pilates?

I lead Pilates classes in Banbury for all abilities, even newcomers to Pilates. However, I recommend arranging a 30 minute one-to-one class with me beforehand to help you understand movement, placement, and breathing, so that you can take the full benefits from the class.

With my Pilates sessions, all the exercises are adjustable, so that you can perform the exercise at a level that both challenges you and suits your body. My Pilates classes in Banbury are designed to be safe for anyone recovering from an injury, and operation, or from back pain problems, and to aid this recovery and increase flexibility, strength and body awareness.
